A houseboat cruise is an ideal option for holidayers looking to vacation amidst natural settings. Sailing on a Superior Houseboat guarantees a leisurely and relaxed experience at competitive rates. A one night cruise on a two-bedroom houseboat will be perfect for groups of 4-6 who are looking for a short break.



The guests will be ushered into the houseboat at 12noon by our representative. The cruise begins with a traditional Kerala spread consisting of popular dishes which form a part of the daily meal of the villagers. The houseboat then takes you through inlands, rivers and canals and you get a fresh perspective into the versatile Kerala experience.

The Superior houseboats have a large lounge with an uplifted sun deck, spacious bedrooms where you can comfortably snuggle in, and a well-maintained kitchen. The cruisers can plonk on the sun deck and enjoy the sun and watch the picturesque background and the exclusive features of Kerala unfurl before their eyes. The cruise glides amidst paddy fields, grazing ducks and rich marine life. You can spot the fishermen going about their business and can even buy fish from them and get them cooked to your choice at no extra cost.

The cruisers can step down and take a walk around the village for a close encounter with the rural lifestyle. Walk around the paddy fields, watch toddy being tapped, kids flying kites and women washing clothes.

The guests will be served tea and local snacks such as banana fry on board. The cruise for the day will be wrapped after dinner and the houseboat will be anchored by the lakeside. The cruise for the day will wind off with dinner and the boat will be anchored at the lake side.  Cruise on Day2 begins early and finishes off with traditional Kerala breakfast at 9.30am.
