Our representative will gladly receive you at 12 noon to set out on a pleasurable cruise. A customary Kerala buffet lunch with a rich smattering of fresh fish and seafood delicacies is served before the boat sets on sail. You will love the spicy preparation of the signature dish of Pearl spot served with cooked tapioca. After savouring the spices and flavours of Kerala, it is time to enjoy the unique natural scenery that is so special of these backwaters The cruise would take you closer to the natural spectacles along the Punnamada Lake. You can recline at the roomy lounge and enjoy the sights around. You can hop behind the steering wheel of the houseboat or spend some time angling at the sun deck. The choices are all yours! The kitchenette at the back of the boat is well equipped and you will be served onboard, lunch, tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast in traditional Kerala style by the seasoned chef.

You will see rows of coconut palms and lush green paddy fields as the boat move forward cutting through the waters. The famous R block and C block waterways are well known for the traditional paddy cultivation methods that are undertaken under water. Pathiramanal island, a famous bird sanctuary is another must see spot. You can also see the Champakulam church, built 400 years back and and Matha Amritanandamayi Ashram also during this cruise.

During the short halts, you can stroll along the tiny hamlets and the village markets, where you can pick up a few ethnic wares for a song. Swimming is another popular activity. Catch a toddy tapper in action or grab a bottle of freshly tapped toddy from the village toddy shops.

Enjoy the sunset as the boat drifts towards the lake side to anchor for the night. After having a traditional dinner, you can retire for the day in the cozy confines of the bedroom.On the last day, the cruise starts with a typical Kerala breakfast. After a couple of hours, by around 9.30 in the morning you will be dropped at the finishing point.
