Kairali ayurvedic is a pioneering venture of Mr K V Ramesh and Mrs Geetha Ramesh. The couple hail from a family of Traditional Ayurvedic Physicians like Late. Dr.Sankunny Vaidiar (Grand father of Mr.K.V.Ramesh) and Late Dr.K.S.Vasudevan (father of Mr.K.V.Ramesh), who have over the past three generations devoted themselves to the research and development of Ayurvedic Medicines like Lipidex for Obesity, Durance for Sexual Disorders, Duravin Forte for Aphrodisiac properties and Spaliv for Liver Disorders.

Traditional Kerala architecture combined with complete adherence to the dictates of "Vastu" ensures a soothing and invigorating ambience. Each Cottage is named after Malayalam astrological signs. The trees planted around each cottage have been selected according to astrological tenets. Each cottage is unique in design. The cottages have been constructed in the typical Kerala style of architecture using locally available raw materials like Black Granite, laterite, Clay and country made bricks. A white Valambiri conch placed in each bedroom ensures the retention and flow of positive energy.

A multi-cuisine restaurant serves healthy wholesome food. A qualified dietician helps guests to choose the right kind of food taking into account their ailments or dietary requirements.
