It forms an ideal base to enjoy a heady tropical holiday in the theme of sun and sand. This is the only exclusive sea front property with Private Beach, Private Chef and Private Waiters.

The two-bedroom cottage built next to a pretty beach can be reached only through a path meandering through a coconut grove,sprawling over an area of 25 acres.The rooms have facilities such as attached Bath, Shower and Lockers in Dorms. Self catering facilities are also available. This beach house has 24 hour reception, Currency Exchange,Medical and Safety Deposit. The serene milieu makes it a great honeymoon destination as well. Designed by Swiss architect Karl Damschen the cottage has a retro twist that complements the surrounding environment.

Karikkathi Beach House has adopted the traditional palm-leaves thatched roof of Kerala, which are supported by casuarina rafters and clean white walls; wooden shutters, red tiled floors and spartan furniture to underscore simplicity at its best. All your requirements would be well take care by a friendly staff of three. If you are here to have a relaxing getaway you are right on target. Karikkathi Beach House offers two well equipped bedrooms with a linked lounge room in between. The rooms are naturally ventilated and you can enjoy a simple holday in nature's lap sans the frills like air-conditioner or television. The panoramic view of the sun and sand makes it all the more stunning and romantic.

The kitchen dishes out a variety of cuisines for you to savor in the spacious open air dinning in the lawn. The crashing surf and the stunning sundown would make perfect frames for the shutterbugs amidst you. If all these were not enough, a host of rejuvenating ayurvedic treatments done by qualified doctors are also available in this friendly cottage. The Ayurveda Diet prepared by the qualified dietitian is given to each guest for best results.
