History of Ayurveda

According to Hindu mythology ayurveda was first perceived, not composed. Some historical sources says that,the creator Brahma taught this science to Daksa prajapathi. Prajapati to Aswini kumara's (who were considered to be celestial physicians) and aswinikumara's to Indra and Indra to Ancient sages.
