MORE ABOUT HUMORS (ENERGIES) IN HUMAN BODY

The world is the expression of Chaitanya (spirit, soul, consciousness or life spark) made of five basic eternal elements, namely – earth, water, fire, air and ether.

The eternal elements co-inhabit in the buman body as three subtle energies which are called Thridosha in Sanskrit. They are Vatha, Pitha, Kapha. The five eternal elements and Thridosha aligned in the body are invisible. The Vatha is formed by air and ether. The Pitha is constituted by fire. The Kapha is constituted together by ether and water. All biological, physiological and physio-pathological functions, mind and consiousness are governed by Vatha, Pitha and Kapha. They are basic constituents and protectors of the body. Look at the functions each one does.
