When we set up KarmaKerala we had a few simple visions for how we would work: the best human service, best value and best advice. We know that some of our customers like what we do but find a cheaper price somewhere else and feel honour bound to go with the best price. And so, we thought we could make it easier for you by simply offering to match any price you have been given.. like for like. This way you can quote us somebody else's price and we will match it: simple as that.

All you need to do is tell us. So if you are looking for great friendly service from our team but want to reassure your bank manager/husband/wife/fiancee (strike out as appropriate) then simply work with us and at the end of the day, I am hoping that we will give you the best holiday that we can, and at the best price.

Ooh, aah.... some caveats...

• We will not go into a downward auction. We will match a price once but we will not continuously match a price downwards
• We will need to investigate any houseboat price as we have had too much experience of deluxe house boats at standard price which later turn out to be standard houseboats at more than standard prices
• We cannot match flight prices... if you can get it cheaper eslewhere or online - go for it with our blessing!
• We ask you to come back to us in 5 days as our accounts department goes spare if we have too many changes - but we will also try to help come what may
• If the price is a hotels special offer - we cannot necessarily match it as they do not offer the special rates to us at all, the blighters.

How we work:

• You ask for advice and prices and proposal.
• We provide as quick as we can and then we discuss what works and does not work for you.
• Once everything is agreed, we ask for 20% deposit to hold hotel reservations etc and then you pay the balance about 40 days out.
