Our Houseboat begins its cruise at 12noon and from hereon, it’s a journey to the spirit of Kerala. More than a mere cruise, we want to offer you a rich slice of Kerala. A trip to this tiny strip of land will remain incomplete, if you miss out on this journey of discovery and exploration. Bask in the glory of the inlands and paddy fields, enjoy the tranquility and feel a deep sense of connection with nature. From waddling ducks to sunset, the cruise is guaranteed to provide many click-worthy moments.
There is plenty of entertainment avenues for active fun seekers. If you want more than a sedate holiday, alight and discover the country side by your feet. You will be greeted by curious onlookers, who may stop what ever they are doing to merely standby and look at you in awe. Engage the toddy tappers in a polite conversation and sample some freshly tapped toddy. If you look around, you will find enough quirkiness to keep you interested.
Our cruise begins with lunch, dished out in traditional flavors and a rich smattering of sea food. Enjoy your lunch and recline on the comfortable cushions with a book or your favorite music. The interiors of the houseboat is tastefully designed to give you an authentic Kerala feel. Everything from the colours to the furniture are done up to set the mood for a lovely and serene holiday.
While you cruise with us we will take care of your food at all times. Evening tea, snacks, dinner and breakfast – all in Kerala style, will be served to you. The house boat will be moored during the evenings, soon after your dinner. On day 3, the cruise begins at the crack of the dawn and you will be dropped off at the finishing point at 9.30 am.
