Bangaram Island Resort is difficult to reach, but helicopters and boats does the going smooth. The nearest airport is in Agatti, a neighboring island. The Bangaram is about an hour and a half boat ride from Agatti. The Kingfisher Airlines will board you from Cochin-Kerala to Agatti. Bungaram Island Resort is located in a very quiet and serene atmosphere, so the lovers of solitude will love being here. The only residents in this island are the resort staff. There are 30 huts and four bungalows in this Beach Resort. All the huts have tiled roofs and a palm thatched veranda attached to it. You can find a ceiling fan and a fridge in each room. The restaurant at the Resort serves a food with fresh catches from sea and local as well as international dishes. The Bar hut offers you a whole variety of drinks to keep your spirits soaring.

The pristine white sand beach is great for a walk in the morning and very specially in the evening. While you walk along the beach, you will hear only the sound of waves beating on the shores, swaying of palm trees, and chirping sea-birds. However it is equally good for adventure lovers because there are lots of activities that you can do here. The water is calm (except in rainy season), warm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, kayaking or just plainly for wading around.
