Self Accredited Rating: Not Rated Fort Heritage, a Dutch Palace built in the 17th century, was converted into a 'Heritage' Hotel with ten luxurious rooms by the Syrian Christian family which owned it since 1945.The hotel has ten spacious air conditioned rooms exquisitely furnished with period furniture and paintings of that era and lavishly fitted en suite bathrooms with 24 hours hot and cold water, tub and shower.


Beautifully restored, retaining every feature of the structure, the graceful lines of Fort Heritage are built with laterite, limestone, wood and tiles.

A luxurious dining room 'The Heritage Zone' serves exquisite Continental and Chinese cuisine, dishes prepared the Syrian Christian way, Seafood specialties and traditional Indian Barbecue. The hotel also offers Lawn and Garden service for enjoying a comfortable breakfast or a barbecue dinner in the evening.

Fort Heritage has an Ayurvedic Massotherapeutics and rejuvenation centre and steam bath along with masseuse exclusively for ladies. It would be a splendid idea for the guests to unwind with a rejuvenating massage.
