Grande Residencia Hotel

Located 50 metres away from the beach, Grand Residencia is a heritage hotel at Fort Cochin. Built in 1868 by S. Koder, this building was constructed in Portugese style and has been since enhanced to provide comfortable stay for the guests. Its European style residences still retain the old world charm. This was built by S. Koder, a traditional Jewish businessman whose family has since migrated to Israel. The building housed separate commercial and residential wings with a central garden. The Hotel is just a walk away from the beach walkway on Princess Street- one of the earliest streets to be constructed in Fort Cochin. The hotel is located 43 km from the Cochin International Airport. The nearest railway station is Ernakulam Junction which is about 12 Km from the hotel and it takes about 35 min to reach.
