Koder House boutique hotel is a three storey heritage boutique hotel which is located at a happening location in Fort Cochin. Originally owned by Koders, an ancient Cochin Jewish family, this hotel had been a host to many high profile visitors including Presidents, heads of nations, Nobel Laureates and Hollywood Directors among others. The fact that the hotel finds pride of place in INTACH's list of heritage sites testifies its supremacy.

Koder House has a very laid back, yet chic ambiance which makes it especially charming to the tourists. Elegant and contemporary, Koder has heavy traces of Dutch and Portuguese influences and is a fusion of the past and present. Apart from being comfortable, the hotel is also intensely private and features just six luxury suites. Though renovated, the suites still maintain the original facade of the house and its spectacular milieu of its glorious past. The guests can chose their accommodation from the deluxe suites and the junior suites. The uniquely designed and done up suits ensure a cozy and private stay while the building that is a few centuries old stand out for its shimmering teak floors, stairways and ceilings.

Menorah, the multicuisine restaurant is glittering tribute to the hotel’s Jewish heritage. It has the rare distinction of being the only restaurant in India to serve Jewish food. You can sample a wide variety of delicacies at the pool facing 'Menorah' restaurant which specializes in traditional Keralan cuisine to Penne Arabiatta, along with specialty seafood and Chinese menus. The cuisine served here is heavily accentuated with sea food dishes.

On the second floor there is a  well equipped business center with broadband Internet, Library, Beer 'n' Wine Lounge with a central balcony.

The guests can wrap off their holiday with a spa treatment at the serene spa. A blend of Indian and Asian spa treatments is what you get here. Deluxe Suite

The deluxe suites offer a large bedroom, a state-of-the art bathroom and a sitting room, all done up luxuriously. The heritage theme is carefully maintained in the draperies, furnishings and all the accessories. All suites overlook the park leading to the beach. There are twin-bed and double-bed options.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite is on the right hand side as you enter Koder House. It is slightly smaller than the Deluxe suites, but also offers an extremely luxurious bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom, like in the other suites has an inviting four poster bed, with a ultra-thick mattress and exquisite silk throw.
