Kottukapally Nazarani Tharawad, has been built, expanded and restored, in the Kerala, Dutch and Spanish Architectural Styles, by successive generations of the Kottukapally Family over a period of Three Hundred Years. This sprawling mansion has two well appointed. bath attached suites decked up with period and antique furniture. Some of the other facilities on offer include Internet and laundry services, doctor on call and an extensive library with many ancient books and palm leaf documents. What we like the most in this homestead is the tranquil Mogul Courtyard where you can enjoy bird watching.
A variegated menu comprising of the traditional Christian lunch is served on banana leaf with many vegetarian and spicy non vegetarian dishes and a 7 course sit down dinner reminiscent of colonial era.
