What sets the fish served here apart is that it is cooked in earthenware pots seen in the kitchens of rural homes in Kerala. Cooked in slow wood fire, exactly the way done in fisherman's huts give it a distinct flavour. The resort places a lot of emphasis on healthy food. Only organically grown fruits and vegetables are used in the preparation of the food served here. Marari Beach Resort also has a yoga space and an ayurveda centre with a full-time doctor to reward the tourists with a complete holiday.
