Planters Home Stay
Planters Home Stay is a spacious double storied mansion, built over 50 years ago. The rooms have high ceiling and large windows that let in plenty of air and sunshine, making it naturally cool even in summer. There are both air conditioned and ordinary rooms with access to toilets. Round the clock security and medical facilities are also offered whenever required.
Savour ethnic and continental dishes made from freshly sourced natural produce to enjoy the flavors of Kerala or better still learn how to make these dishes in the cooking demonstration classes. Relax , wind down with your favorite book or set out on an interesting elephant ride or plantation visits. Check out swimming, fishing and country boat rides in the Meenachil River, which are equally popular among locals and tourists alike. Live demonstration of the unique martial art of Kerala, Kalaripayattu is another attraction of this home stay.
Arrangements can also be made for ayurvedic treatment and yoga at Karuna Hospital, Pala, one of the most reputed ayurvedic centers in Kerala where treatment is conducted strictly according to the traditional methods and diet prescriptions.
