Tea Bungalow

This is my colleague Venu's  favourite hotel in Fort Kochi area. He says Tea Bungalow feels less like a hotel and more like a colonial bungalow.Yes, Indeed a nice little hotel with all facilities expected. All the rooms are different and full of character, comfortable and beautifully finished.  Located close to action (Chinese fishing nets etc).

In the middle of a large and well-maintained garden, the resort is visually very appealing. Initially a workshop of an English company, this bungalow was later bought by the Brooke Bond Company. Polished hardwood floors, french windows, floor length drapes, high ceiling red tiled roof and an exquisite chandelier are your first glimpses of what this luxury hotel has to offer.

The hotel has a small  multi-cuisine restaurant, which is a great place to have Indian, Kerala or Continental dishes. You can recline on the garden chairs in the evening or take a dip in the swimming pool. The resort also has a well-stocked library for the benefit of voracious readers.
