Self Accredited Rating: Not Rated The Fort House located at Fort Cochin overlooks the harbour and provides Cottage and Bamboo Hut accommodation. The hotel doesn't boast of any opulence, yet provide basic facilities and is immaculate. The water front location is sure worth spending some quiet, contemplative moments in the evenings.
Fort House was started in 1997, with 5 Rooms with tiled roofs and wooden ceiling. Four additional bamboo huts are added now and gives it an ethnic feel. Each hut shares part of the wide connecting veranda which looks over the garden. With the great view over the harbour and a much loved cafe,this is a simple, unique and charming place.

The waterfront location, quiet and clean rooms, beautiful gardens, attentive staff, and delicious food all make for a lovely stay . The hotel offers a waterfront side restaurant serving sea food and other delicacies. It is located at a walking distance from St. francis Church, Vasco Da Gama Residence, Synagogue and Dutch Cemetery.
