Ashtamudi Backwaters
The sprawling lake has tributary canals. A fine location for boat rides. The DTPC offers boat ride in the lake and the canals. It also arranges 4-hour cruise which maps in Munroe island, too, formed by backwaters and Kallada river. The DTPC also arranges a sunset cruise of 3 hours.
