Day 1
Arrival and Traditional welcome at the Cochin International Airport by our Executive.
Proceed towards the best four-star beach resort, escorted by our Executive. One and a half hours from the airport. Over night at the resort
Day 2
Relax at the resort enjoying the beach, traditional Kerala massages, indoor and out door games and good food. Over night at the beach resort.
Day 3
After Breakfast proceed for sight seeing trip to the historic city of Fort Cochin. Watch Chinese fishing nets, Synagogue, palaces and temples etc. Walk along the streets refreshing the colonial days. In the afternoon visit Kumbalangi Village. Have good traditional Kerala lunch with a family. Serves seafood menu. Know village life. Join fishing in canoes; see crab, ducks and prawns farms. Sail along the narrow canals. Over night at the Beach Resort.
Day 4
After a late breakfast, proceed towards an over night stay in Traditional Kerala Houseboat. Air-conditioned bedroom. Departs at 12:00.Start your cruise with lunch. It will take you along the lake, backwaters, canals, meadows, coconut groves, villages and paddy fields. If interested you can get down to land for a walk for visiting the villages or to relax at the coconut groves. It has an uplifted platform with a bed, behind the captain, to see around the place. It will halt at lakeside for night stay. You will have a captain, oars man, and a cook with you on the boat. Ask the captain for fishing rods. The cook will prepare your catch. Over night at the House Boat.
Day 5
Disembark from houseboat. Get ready for five hours up hill drive.Thekkady You will love this journey. Say at a resort near to the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Over night at the resort.
Day 6
Go for an early morning boating at the Tiger reserve, spot animals in the evergreen forest. After breakfast, visit spice plantations. Evening go for a walk along the streets. Buy handicrafts and spices for cheap than anywhere in the world. Over night at the resort.
Day 7
Go for trekking in the forest with a tribal guide. See flora and fauna. Rest of the day, relax at the resort. Over night at the resort.
Day 8
After breakfast, proceed down hill to Kumarakom backwaters. Join the evening sun set cruise. Excellent food. Over night at the resort.
Day 9
After breakfast visit the near by Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.After lunch, visit Kottayam town by auto rickshaw (tuk tuk) to see century old temple and church. Over night at the resort.
Day 10
Relax at the resort enjoying the resort facilities. Have a good rejuvenating Traditional Kerala massage. Relax at the pool. Have good food.
Day 11
Check out from the resort. Proceed towards the Cochin International airport as per your flight timings. Total Package amount for a couple. Complimentary airport pick up and drop from Karmakerala .
