Diarrhea
Frequent discharge of watery stools is known as diarrhea.
Loose motions, cramps in stomach and calves due to dehydration, weakness etc are the symptoms.
Ayurvedic Remedies :
a) Consume 2 teaspoon of ginger juice thrice a day with a gap of three hours.
b) Take tender coconut water, boiled rice water or lemon juice water intermittently.
c) Consume 5 gm of nutmeg powder thrice a day with the gap of three hours.
d) Take one liter of boiled and cold water with 8 teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt and consume it intermittently.
Precautions :
a) Avoid stale foods and contaminated foods.
b) Drink hot or warm water only.
