Dyspepsia
Discomfort felt in the upper abdomen after meals is called dyspepsia.
One or more symptoms such as coated tongue, nausea, bloated abdomen, abdominal pain etc are experienced.
Ayurvedic Remedies:
a) Consume one teaspoon of lemon juice or ginger juice with a pinch of salt.
b) Roast about 5 gm of asafoetida in ghee, powder it and mix in a cup of warm water and consume.
c) Take 5 gm of asafoetida, soak it in 2 teaspoon juice of drumstick leaves and consume.
Precautions :
a) Do not eat stomach-full – fill upto ¾ only.
b) Don’t eat the meals if not hungry.
c) Observe fast occasionally.
