Exercise or Physical Activity
Physical activity is as good as rejuvenation. Boosting of digestive power, decimation of doshas, strengthening of body etc are the inherent benefits accrued from exercise/physical activity. Excess of it is however is bound to have adverse effect. All are not resort to physical activity. Those who are undergoing evacuative therapy, children, aged with Vata disturbances, those who do heavy manual work and having emotional disturbances should avoid the practice.
