One can easily fly into Kerala with three international airports, Kozhikode ( Karipur), Kochi (Nedumbassery), Thiruvananthapuram – all offering frequent flights from the gulf and in the winter from Europe on the package flights. Flights also run daily from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, from Kolkata one can get the connecting flights.The airfares mostly varries as per season, the fairs are mostly high during the peak season which start from November to March. Meanwhile the fare slides significantly during the shoulder season from April to May and August to early October. You can expect for best fares during monsoon season starting from June-July.


Rail links too are excellent - with daily trains to Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. From all important centres in India trains come to district stations in Kerala. You could try the Konkan railway from Mumbai

Road link: From Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, private luxury buses offer excellent service to Kerala’s important centres. Excellent, but bumpy.
