Take in all of Kerala from the beaches of Kovalam to the hillstations of Munnar and the tranquil backwaters around Kumarakom in this 15 day guided tour that includes houseboats and driver.
[edit] Day 01 Airport/Kovalam
On arrival our executive will greet the guest and transfer them to the hotel (21 kms). Trivandrum ( Thiruvananthapuram) located at the southwestern tip of India, this district is bounded by the Arabian Sea on the west and TamilNadu on the east. The wooded highlands on the Western Ghats in the eastern and northeastern borders give Thiruvananthapuram some of the most enchanting picnic spots. A long shoreline, with internationally renowned beaches, historic monuments, backwater stretches and a rich cultural heritage make this district a much sought after tourist destination. Thiruvananthapuram is the capital of Kerala.
[edit] Day 02 Kovalam / Trivandrum/ Kovalam
In the afternoon start with sightseeing of Trivandrum with a local guide, in which you would visit Shree Padmanabha Temple, Napier Museum and Shree Chitra Art Gallery.
[edit] Day 03 Kovalam/ Cape/ Kovalam
After having early breakfast drive to Kanniyakumari to visit the south tip of India. Visit Shree Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suchindram temple. After Lunch take a boat trip to visit Vivekananda Memorial. Later drive back to Kovalam.
[edit] Day 04: Kovalam / Thottapally
After Breakfast drive to Thottapally (160 kms / 3 hrs) to board houseboat. On arrival lunch will be served on board and all other meals tea, coffee, snacks will be served in houseboat. Overnight: Houseboat
[edit] Day 05 : Houseboat /Kumarakom
After breakfast disembark at Kumarakom hotel jetty. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the evening have a wonderful walk through the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Overnight : Coconut Lagoon / Similar Category
[edit] Day 06 : Kumarakom
After breakfast start sight seeing of Kottayam town. Visit two old Catholic churches called “ Cheriya Palli and Valiya Palli”. Reach to an Old Farm House for traditional lunch with a Christian Family. Later have a farm visit and back to Hotel. Overnight: Kumarakom
[edit] Day 07 : Kumarakom / Periyar
After Breakfast drive to Thekkady (140 kms, 4 hrs). On arrival check in to the hotel. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, go for boating at Lake Periyar by common boat and a plantation tour. Elephant ride can be arranged on request in the season.
[edit] Day 08 Periyar / Munnar
After breakfast drive to Munnar ( 120 kms 3 hrs). This wonderful drive offer you to see cardamom, coffee, tea, pepper etc. On arrival check in to the hotel. PM you are free to walk around the tea plantations.
[edit] Day 09 Munnar
After Breakfast, start to explore the different regions of Munnar with local English Speaking Guide. Visit Eravikulam National Park to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr (Endemic goat-antelope). Guide will explain about the great history of high range. Later visit Tea Museum (to witness the tea processing) and Handicraft center called ‘Srushti’. You will be free for your individual activities like plantation walk and see around the hotels and the sites around the hotels with out anybody disturbing your privacy.
[edit] Day 11 Munnar / Cochin
After breakfast drive to Cochin (140 kms, 4 hrs), on arrival check in to the hotel. In the evening witness Kathakali performance in a Kathakali Theater. Kathakali literally means ‘story play’ is more popular among the dances of Kerala.

Morning free at the resort. At the evening Sunset cruise in Cochin Harbour by private Motor boat. Overnight at the hotel.
