9.Ksheeradhara
9.1 What is ksheeradhara
Dhara with medicated milk is called as Ksheeradhara.Decoctions of various herbs are added to the milk.Ksheera dhara may be either for the head alone(shirodhara)or for the whole body(sarvangadhara).
9.2 What is Ksheeradhara procedure
When it is done for the head ,the procedure is same as sirodhara and for body the procedure is same as sarvangadhara.
9.3 What are the indications
It is usually prescribed for the disorders of pitta,skin diseases.
