Neck Exercise
Neck exercise relieves tension, stiffness in neck and shoulders and tension caused headache. Stand straight and keep the neck relaxed and shoulders facing forward. Drop the head back and then drop the head right forward in erected state. Then turn the head to the right, back to centre and then to the left. Then drop the head forward and circle it around as wide as possible. Repeat the process in opposite direction. As next step raise the right shoulder and withdraw. Repeat the same with left shoulder. As finale, raise both the shoulders at a time and withdraw.
Neck Rolls
1 Make the head back, forward and chin to chest.
2 Make right ear to right shoulder, left ear to left shoulder.
3 Roll the neck in the following way: Make the head forward, chin to chest, right ear to right shoulders; back; left ear to left shoulder and then opposite.
Shoulder Lifts
Stand straight, neck relaxed and facing forward. Raise the right shoulder and drop down. Raise the left shoulder and drop down. As the last step, raise both the shoulders at a time and drop down.
