What is Pichu
Pichu is generally done for the head.It may be done for the other parts according to ailments.In this,a thick cloth or cotton dipped in medicated oil is kept on the affected part of the body for certain duration.
What is Pichu procedure
The patient is made to sit on a chair,facing east .0il is applied on the head and a cloth is tied around the forhead .A cotton or a cloth folded about the thickness of the palm dipped in the special oil is spreaded over the head.oil is poured over it again as it drain from the cotton.the cotton may be changed after,and the old one used can be dipped in the oil and squeeze it over the folded cotton. Duration of the treatment is about 45minutes.
