Accommodation in a/c beach facing room on full board basis (vegetarian meals) Consultation with the Doctor, Ayurvedic treatment, Yoga daily, One day sight seeing, backwater boating and cultural shows (offered once every week). Treatment itinerary
Kalari uzhichil (massage) with hand and foot, Abhyangam, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, Navarakizhi, Sirodhara, Herbal facial, Bathing in medicated water, 90 minutes per day basis in this order, after consultation with the doctor. And Yoga will performed every day for 45 minutes on the hilly rocks of Kappad beach or on the stage near by the beach.

Note:
- Ayurvedic treatment is highly individualized based on your body type. The content of packages may differ depending on the patients health condition. The exact duration of treatment can be ascertained only upon consultation with the doctor, on arrival.
- Any other treatment prescribed by the Doctor will be charged extra which must be settled direct at time of check-out. Patient will be intimated before hand in such cases.
- It is advisable to show one's medical history to the doctor during consultation to help plan for best results (taking into consideration any specific problems).
- Internal medicines may be prescribed which can be bought from the Centre directly.
- Service charge for the Doctor is for supervision over the treatments, diet, routine visits and consultation.
- Package cost do not include treatments if any, required for conditions not related to package.
- Package costs do not include any tests, if required by doctors.
- Package costs do not cover extra consultations required after treatment, if situation warrants extra supervision for the patient.
- If additional days treatment is required, the rates will vary proportionately. Extra days and costs in such cases will be notified before they are incurred.
- Oral medicines, sightseeing, telephone calls, personal laundry and other additional services requested will be charged extra.
