Tada Asana (Mountain Pose)

This pose helps to master the stillness and gain strength, relaxed power and immovable stability like mountain.

Tada Asana is a basic pose on which the other poses are based. This Asana, passive and stationary in nature, involves standing erect, still and relaxed and presents two primary lines of energy which radiates outside from the centre. One line of energy moves upward through the spine while the other one moves downward through the legs. As a result, the hips become Cat Tilt.
