8.1 What is Takradhara
The word Takra means butter milk.Dhara with medicated butter milk is called as Takradhara.It can be done either for the head alone(sirodhara) or for the whole body(sarvangadhara).
8.2 What is the Takradha procedure
If it is done for the head alone the procedure is like sirodhara and if its for the body procedure is same as sarvangadhara.
8.3 What are the indications
Mental worries,Insomnia,Insanity,skin diseases .
