Yoga Postures (Asanas)
Yoga Postures rejuvenate brain, spine, glands and internal organs. The postures are gentle stretching movements which co-ordinate and balance the mind and body. The postures derive multi-benefits on multi-organs and glands, even on specific targets. Yoga Asanas create three-pronged benefits to the organs and glands.
1. For the circulation of blood to the targeted organ or gland the position of postures becomes helpful.
2. The position of posture helps trigger slight squeezing of the organ or gland to the effect of massage.
3. Deep breathing and aiming the targeted area passes additional life-breath to the area.
