Asthma
Breath obstruction is what is called Asthma. The obstruction is caused by bronchial spasm in the respiratory system.

Bronchitis
Inflammation of the bronchial tube is known as bronchitis. Bacteria or virus, smoking or inhalation of dust or chemical pollutants is the cause factor. Soreness of the chest causing breathing difficulty, irritating cough etc are the common complaints. In acute cases chest pain, slight fever etc may also be there.
Yogic Cure: Padma Asana, Matysendra Asana, Pawanmuktha Asana, Trikon Asana, Shava Asana, Sun Salutation, Anuloma-Viloma Breathing Technique and Kapal Bhati.
Common Cold
Running nose, scratchy throat, sneezing are the main symptoms. Other supplementary symptoms include head ache, cough, fatigue, mild fever, muscle aches and loss of appetite.
