This Yoga exercise radiates two lines of energy from the center of body outward. While one line of energy reaches upward from the belly and outward through the arm, the other line travels downward through the legs. The pelvis should be in Cat Tilt.

Stand in Tada Asana with the feet together. Keep the arms by the sides and gaze straight ahead and establish smooth flow of breath while waiting for inner cue to begin. Exhale as and when ready. When in inhale, raise the left arm to become vertical along side the ear with the palm facing inward. Stretch outward through the arm and hand while bringing it up and make a large circle as possible with the finger tips. All through the Asana the left arm should be kept alongside the ear and similarly right hand on the right hip.
