Ayurveda Home Remedy for Cough
A simple and safe home remedy from Ayurveda for common cough
A natural relex mechanism for irritation such as cold, bronchitis etc. It should not be suppressed as it is a part of body’s mechanism to defend itself. Instead, it should be weakened and allow to retreat.
a) Take two table spoons of tulsi juice, one table spoon onion juice, one table spoon ginger juice and 3 table spoon honey. Mix them well and consume one table spoon every 3 hours.
b) Take one tea spoon honey, one tea spoon tulsi juice, 3 crushed black pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix them well and consume one tea spoon every 4 hours.
c) Mix amorphous borax powder ¼ tea spoon with 2 table spoon honey. Take one table spoon every 4 hours. This is very good for the discharge of sticky phlegm.
Avoid heavy and oil foods.
