It boasts rustic, sylvan surroundings and it is well connected to the heritage zone of Fort Kochi and Mattancherry. Gramam offers calm and comfortable accommodation for those discerning tourists.

This place is away from noise and pollution; the visitors will get the real gastronomically experience as they are served with delicious homemade dishes that would tickle the tastebuds. The verdant garden surrounding the Kerala styled house will lead to backwaters. The farmland around the house has various kinds of trees that include coconuts, areca nuts, and mangoes in profusion. Besides various medicinal plants there are pepper, pineapple and mangroves. The 200 year old mango tree named "Chandrakaran" is the prized possession of Gramam, incidentally it is the biggest tree in the entire village.
