Our cheap Kerala houseboats are designed for the budget client who really wants to experience the Kerala riceboats but has a very limited budget for the purpose. We don't guarantee the quality of these houseboats which tend to be older, have outboard motors and no AC. They depart from the jetty near Alappuzha which is the classic departure point for houseboats. 

We have both one night cruises as well as a day cruise which finishes in the evening.

Budget rates are difficult to negotiate in the high season as boat owners "make hay", but if you need a cheap houseboat cruise, please contact and find out what we can do!

All boats are traditional Kettuvallam and so the experience is absolutely the classic backwaters cruise.
