Alleppey Fish Curry

Ingredients

  • Fish - 1/2 kg
  • Coriander powder - 3 table spoon
  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 4 table spoon
  • Fenugreek Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1/2 piece
  • Garlic - 5-6
  • Small onion - 5
  • Green chilly - 5
  • Gamboge (kudampuli) - 3-4
  • mustard seeds
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Crush Ginger,Garlic,Red onion,Green chilly together. boil oil and add mustard seeds. Then add the crushed Ginger,Garlic,small onion,Green chilly in it. saute  it well. Then add Coriander powder,Kashmiri chilly powder, salt and saute.  Then add enough water. Add Fenugreek Powder,Gamboge and stir well .After that add Fish and wait until it boils and fish get cooked.
