Ambika's Kappa- Kappanga-Manga avial

Ingredients
- Kappa - 1/2kg
- Kappanga - 1/2kg
- Manga - 1 no:
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 pcs
- cumin - 1 pinch
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Oil - 1 tblsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
Directions
Cook ingredients 1 and 2 in a pan with 2cups of water for 20 to 30 mins.
When its cooked drain the water.
Then add mango to it and cook for 10mins.
Mix ingredients from 4 to 8 make to a paste and add it to the kappa kappanga mango mix.
Add salt to taste, cook on a low flame for 10mins, add curry leaves, oil and serve hot.
