Ambika's Kappa- Kappanga-Manga avial

Ingredients

  • Kappa - 1/2kg
  • Kappanga - 1/2kg
  • Manga - 1 no:
  • Grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 2 pcs
  • cumin - 1 pinch
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Oil - 1 tblsp
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt - to taste

Directions

  1. Cook ingredients 1 and 2 in a pan with 2cups of water for 20 to 30 mins.

  2. When its cooked drain the water.

  3. Then add mango to it and cook for 10mins.

  4. Mix ingredients from 4 to 8 make to a paste and add it to the kappa kappanga mango mix.

  5. Add salt to taste, cook on a low flame for 10mins, add curry leaves, oil and serve hot.
