- Beans - 1/4 kg (sliced into small pieces)
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Green Chillies - 2 (sliced lengthwise)
- Garlic Flakes - 2 nos
- Curry Leaves - 1 spring
- Dry Red Chillies - 2 nos(cut into pieces)
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Black Gram - 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Heat oil in a pan..Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and fry them.
Add mustard seeds and black gram and allow them to splutter
Add beans to mixture along with salt and turmeric powder.Add a little water and cook them covered for 2-3 minutes.
Crush the grated coconut, garlic and green chillies. Add the coconut mix to the beans and mix them well until all the water is evaporated. Serve hot with rice.
