Cheera Thoran

Ingredients
- Lettuce ( cheera) 1 bunch
- Green chillies sliced -3 Nos
- Grated Coconut 2 spoon
- Turmeric power – 1 tea spoon
- salt – to taste
- Mustard -1 spoon
- curry leaves – 1 bunch
Directions
Cut lettuce into small pieces , add sliced onion, green chilles , turmeric poweder and salt, mix well and keep aside.
Heat a frying pan , put some oil and add mustard seed and when these splatter , add the lettuce and stir well.
Keep in a slow fire for 5 mts, stir occassionally and when it is done, add grated coconut and curry leaves.
Mix well and serve hot with rice.
