- Raw Plantains - 2 large
- Salt - 1tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Peel the plantains and cut into thin round slices.
Heat oil in a deep thick bottom pan
Fry bananas in the oil till golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt into it.
Remove from the oil and pat dry.
