Mohamoodha's Mutton Keema Cutlet

- Minced Mutton (1/2 Kg)
- Patta-Krambu(2 tbsp)
- Onion (Small)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Chili Powder(3 tbsp)
- Turmeric Powder(Small Quantity)
- Oil (for fry)
Add the following ingredients with minced mutton and grind it well in a mixer grinder: 2 tbsp pattai-karumbu powder, Small onion, Ginger-garlic, chilli powder(3 tbsp), Turmeric Powder (small quantity), salt (for taste).
After grinding it well, make small pieces and deep fry in oil.
