Ingredients

  • Minced Mutton (1/2 Kg)
  • Patta-Krambu(2 tbsp)
  • Onion (Small)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Chili Powder(3 tbsp)
  • Turmeric Powder(Small Quantity)
  • Oil (for fry)

Directions

  1. Add the following ingredients with minced mutton and grind it well in a mixer grinder: 2 tbsp pattai-karumbu powder, Small onion, Ginger-garlic, chilli powder(3 tbsp), Turmeric Powder (small quantity), salt (for taste).

  2. After grinding it well, make small pieces and deep fry in oil.

  3. YOUR MUTTON KEEMA IS READY. SERVE HOT
