Parippu Kuthikkachiyathu (Kerala Dhal curry)

Ingredients

  • Dhal - 250 kg
  • chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Small onion - 3, crushes
  • Curry Leaves - 5-6
  • Salt for taste
  • Water
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Put the dhal and 1 cup water to a pressure cooker then cook until 3 whistles.

  2. Take a frying  pan and add some oil and then onion, curry veppila and chilly powder then

    stir it until it become brown color.

  3. Add cooked dhal in to this and the your Parippu Kuthikkachiyathu is ready.
