Ingredients

  • Raw rice: 200 grams.
  • Water: enough to boil rice.
  • Salt: to taste.
  • Green Chilly : two numbers.
  • Curd : 2 table spoons

Directions

  1. Come back home from work in the evening.  Warm water, add rice and bring to boil. 

  2. Allow to cool. Keep over night in a cool place. Preferably refrigerator.

  3. Next day morning.  Take the rice, mix with salt and curd, Serve cold.

  4. If you have a scrambled egg with this, perfect.
