Pazhaya Kanji

Ingredients
- Raw rice: 200 grams.
- Water: enough to boil rice.
- Salt: to taste.
- Green Chilly : two numbers.
- Curd : 2 table spoons
Directions
Come back home from work in the evening. Warm water, add rice and bring to boil.
Allow to cool. Keep over night in a cool place. Preferably refrigerator.
Next day morning. Take the rice, mix with salt and curd, Serve cold.
If you have a scrambled egg with this, perfect.
