Yes, at ATMs of Federal Bank, State Bank of India which takes Visa nad Master cards availavle at Cochin airport, next to carparking fee collection counter. Also you can find many ATMs on the way to Cochin. Should say, now a days, every junction in Kerala has an ATM which accepts either by Visa or Master card.
