Anachady Bungalow |
| | The Anachady Bungalow in Konny Valley was built in 1912 and is set up on a hill, atop a site, which was once a flocking area of elephants. The bungalow has steeply-pitched tiled roofs. Inside there is a heavy cut-stone arch, which separate the living room from the dining room. On the north and the south ends are the bedrooms. The northern bedrooms are for the guests from which one can enjoy the full view of the mountain ranges. A long span of glass windows run across the northeastern side of the bungalow. The Bungalow is far from the madding crowd and well isolated for the true peace seekers, who are ready to shed a bit of their comforts for experiencing the fruits of solitude.
