This is an ideal accommodation for those who wish to enjoy a comfortable stay with all modern amenities and a splendid sea view. The cottages are attached with a balcony and are well furnished. Some of the rooms are air conditioned. It is located just 15 km from the airport and about 1 km from the Kovalam bus stop.
