Cyber Cell takes stringent measures againt cell phone crimes |

In the past six months, Kerala has witnessed a rise in crimes involving cell phones. Calling up random numbers and mouthing obsecnities or sending obscene messages is seen to be a great way of amusement for the callers. There has been many cases where callers settle their personal scores using this means. Cochin Cyber Cell received 88 cases in the past six months.
