Pampady
Pampady is a small town 16 kilometers east of Kottayam in Kerala, South India.
It is located midway between the backwaters of Western Kerala and the Western Ghats.
Rubber plantations are in abundance in this area.
The Subramanya temple in Pampady is very old.
It is an area where Christianity had and still has a strong presence and is indicative of the communal harmony that prevailed all over Kerala
