22 Days Ayurveda and relaxing package offer Ayurveda treatment for 14 days to rejuvenate the body and soul. Later proceed to central kerala to experience the charming beauti of kerala Hill stations and Backwaters. Sight seeing at relevant places are free of cost.

Day 1 – Day 14 - Palakkad

You will be warmly received at the Cochin International Airport. You will be taken to the Poomully Mana Ayurvedic Treatment Resort at Palakkad for a 14 nights Ayurvedic Treatment. The mana, which has its origin 500 years ago, is the homestead of one of the most powerful namboothiri families in Kerala. The members of the family are known for their expertise in Ayurveda , Kalari, Yoga and other performing Arts. You can have a fortnight long rejuvenating experience. The expert masseurs will pamper your aching joints, soothe your senses and relax your over-worked nerves.

Day 15- Cochin

After your 14-day treatment, we will check you into a Deluxe hotel, a renovated Dutch building. We will book a Deluxe room which will meet all your luxury needs.

Day 16 - Cochin

We can take you around for a short sightseeing trip around Cochin. The city is the commercial capital of Kerala and owes its cosmopolitan mood to the Dutch and Portuguese influence. Apart from all the sites of historic importance, you can also take a sunset cruise of 2 hrs in Cochin Harbour.

Day 17 Cochin / Munnar

From Cochin, we can proceed to Munnar, a popular tourist spot . You can have your lunch at a Traditional Plantation Bungalow, which is on the way to Munnar. You get a taste of conventional Malayalee Christian food. On reaching Munnar, you can check into the Hill resort

Day 18 : Munnar

You can spend the day taking a tour of the picturesque Munnar. Good weather, misty mountains, sprawling tea gardens, tea museum, winding lanes and an exotic flaura and fauna make Munnar a great tourist spot.

Day 19: Munnar / Thekkady

Thekkady, another tourist attraction which is just a 3 hours drive away our next stop. Home to the large Periyar Wildlife sanctuary, Thekkady offers you glimpses of wild animals and scope for trekking and boating trips. Evening stay at Hill station Resort

Day 20 Thekkady/ Houseboat

You can go for a Plantation visit and get a peek into the native spices and tea plantations. From here, we can drive you to Nedumudy to board Houseboat for an overnight cruise. The Houseboat offers you with a fabulous opportunity to discover the backwaters, get a taste of Kerala cuisine and enjoy a relaxing cruise.

Day 21 Houseboat/ Kumarakom

Your cruise ends at Kumarakom. You will be picked up from the Hotel Jetty and driven to Backwater Resort. You can stop for lunch at a Farm House, where you can feast on traditional Syrian Christian lunch. You can visit the bird sanctuary, Kuttanadu region and take leisurely walks around the country side.

Day 22 Kumarakom / Departure

You will be taken to the Cochin International Airport.

These prices are based on 2 adults sharing with bed and breakfastt, Poomuli Mana  is on all inclusive Ayurveda package and houseboat on full board basis.
